Upper Hutt's First-Ever E-Day: A Community Recycling Event!

We’re thrilled to partner with Echo, New Zealand's largest e-waste recycling company, to bring you Upper Hutt's first E-Day event! This event offers a convenient and environmentally responsible way to recycle your unwanted electronics. Join us for a drive-through event that makes recycling easy and accessible for everyone!
In 2024, their Auckland E-Days successfully diverted 199,000kg of e-waste, engaged over 8,000 participants, and raised $4,500 for Variety. They’re on a mission to hosting fortnightly E-Days and from April 2025 will host events across the Greater Wellington region, including Porirua and Upper Hutt.

- Location: 18 Park Street, Kingsley Heights, Upper Hutt 5018 (Upper Hutt Recycling centre)

Please note that dropping off e-waste can only be done on Sunday 4 May between 9am-3pm. You cannot drop off e-waste prior to, or after the event.
