Roading and safety works (October to November 2025)

+ 25 - 30 Oct: Stream Grove pedestrian crossing will be replaced. Please use Whitemans Rd crossing during this time.

+ 3 - 5 Nov: Tree-felling at 958 Whitemans Valley Rd between 8:30AM and 4:30PM. Road closed to through traffic except to residents; expect delays.

+ Please trim overhanging vegetation to keep footpaths and roads safe and clear.

Floorball in Upper Hutt

Floorball

Floorball is a fast and exciting game similar to ice-hockey that promotes end-to-end plays with quick transitions and fluid game play.

The rules stress the importance of safety and sportsmanship and are designed to limit the chance of injury without decreasing the speed or skill of the game.

Games are played on Mondays from 3.50PM - 6.35PM at Professionals Recreation Hall. Entry to the hall is the back entrance of Whirinaki Whare Taonga next to the H2O Xtream Pool on the corner of Brown Street and Blenheim Street.
