Administration fees and charges
The fees and charges below apply to administrative and miscellaneous services.
All fees are stated as GST inclusive and are effective from 1 July 2025. Where the actual fees incurred by Council are higher than the fees shown, the actual costs will be charged.
If a fee or charge for a Council service is not specifically listed below, the charge or fee will be the total of the actual cost of materials and officer time incurred to provide the service, and GST.
Council reserves the right to review any fees and charges at any time, so please check with us for any updates.

The charges below relate to standard residential properties for a maximum of two building documents carried out by UHCC Customer Services Team.
All requests for building documents for non-residential (eg rural, commercial, industrial), and complex residential buildings will be carried out by UHCC Building Control Services Team at full cost recovery (refer Perusal Fee).
All other standard residential requests (eg 2+ documents) will be charged on an hourly rate basis. |

All costs incurred in Council initiated debt collection action may be recovered from the debtor involved. |
