+ Avro Road: Roadworks 21-28 November. Road closed with residential access.+ Hikurangi Street: Civil works for housing development until 19 December. Traffic management setups in place.+ Fergusson Drive: Road surface repairs until 20 December. Expect lane diversions, stop/go traffic, and bus stop changes between 9am–2:45pm.+ Trim overhanging vegetation to keep footpaths and roads safe.
