Heretaunga Park

The playground has opportunities to swing, climb and play in a quiet and peaceful setting.

Sports fields

Heretaunga Park is home to one junior soccer field (winter) and one junior cricket pitch (summer), both of which can be booked on request.

Picnic tables

Picnic tables and plenty of open space makes it easy to picnic and play with the family at Heretaunga Park.

Public Toilets

Toilets are located within walking distance from the playground, they are open from dawn until dusk daily.

Organised Events and Gatherings

Groups wishing to use this facility for an organised event, outing, field trip, school activity, large gathering etc. must submit a park booking request at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
