If your lost animal is listed below, please ring us during business hours on 04 527 2169 to arrange for collection.
How to claim your lost pet
You will need to:
- provide proof of ownership of your pet, for example, ownership documentation or some photo evidence of your ownership
- pay the impound fees
- make arrangements with our Animal Control Office to claim your lost pet.

Calls after hours are directed to answer services and urgent matters are notified to an Animal Control Officer.
