Water supply and drainage connection fees and charges

From 1 July 2026, Tiaki Wai took over the delivery of drinking water, wastewater and piped stormwater services across metropolitan Wellington, including Upper Hutt.

Tiaki Wai replaced Wellington Water and is responsible for maintaining, operating and improving the region’s water infrastructure and services.
