Parking changes at Upper Hutt Library

From 15 August our Civic Centre building will be closed for seismic strengthening and all Council customer services will be based at the newly-refurbished HAPAI building located at 879-881 Fergusson Drive.

We will lose our current fleet vehicle parking while the work takes place so will be using some of the car parks out the back of the Upper Hutt library for approximately eight months (shown on the map).

The signs for this are being installed on Friday and our fleet vehicles will start using these nine parks from 15 August when HAPAI opens to the public.

We know some of our library customers use these parks and we apologise for the inconvenience this temporary change may cause.

There is still parking available out the front of the library and near the train station.
