Thinking of standing for Council?

Now is also the time to consider if you would like to run as a candidate for the upcoming local election. 

Candidate nominations are open from 4 July and closes on 1 August at 12 noon. 

electionz.com will be holding an information afternoon for potential candidates. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about what’s involved in standing for election, the nomination process, and the role of elected members.

We encourage anyone interested in standing for Council to come along.
