Community Partnerships Advisor - Healthy Families

We’ve got some exciting mahi ahead and we’re looking for a talented and innovative Community Partnerships Advisor to be part of the Healthy Families NZ network.

Healthy Families works collaboratively with local leaders and organisations, building partnerships to develop and design innovative solutions to complex community health and social issues. Working for Upper Hutt City Council in collaboration with Healthy Families Hutt Valley this is an opportunity for you to make a real difference in our community. This is an exciting opportunity within the Community Partnership Team to help us create positive systems change through strong practice and creative solutions.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about the health and wellbeing of people in the Hutt Valley area
  • Be connected with Upper Hutt Māori and Pasifika communities
  • Be committed to increasing equity
  • Be an effective communicator who can think outside the box
  • Be an effective team member
  • Have proven experience in working alongside community, sector stakeholders and organisations to create solutions
