About the Awards

Our Young Achievers Awards is for young people aged 13 – 18 living in Upper Hutt who are nominated in recognition of the incredible mahi they are doing in our community.  The four categories for nomination are:

  • Environment Award: Outstanding contribution towards the protection or enhancement of the environment.

  • Community Service Award: Offering care and assistance to the community through invaluable voluntary contribution.
